Allow link sharing
You can choose whether to allow sharing files and folders within message room folders via links.
However, in team/group message room, only the Folder Master, team leader, or Group Master can change the settings.
If your administrator has restricted link sharing in the message room folder, this setting is not displayed.
Mobile
On mobile, you can set whether to send as link only in Message.
PC Web
- Click
at the top. - Click 'Drive'.
- Click 'Message Room Folders' in the left menu.
- Click the message room folder for which you want to change the settings.
- Click 'Message Room Folder Settings' at the top of the list.
- Set 'Link sharing' to 'Enable'.
- Click 'Save'.
Enable message notifications for new file uploads
Message room members can set whether to automatically send notifications to the message room when a file is uploaded to the folder.
However, new file notifications are not sent to folders with access restrictions.
Mobile
On mobile, you can set whether to use the file upload notification function only in Message.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Drive'.
- Click 'Message Room Folders' in the left menu.
- Click the message room folder for which you want to change settings.
- Click 'Message Room Folder Settings'.
- Set 'New file notifications' to 'Use'.
- Click 'Save'.
Manage members of message room folder
- Members invited to the message room will automatically have access to the folder.
- For message room that is not for the Team/Group, members who have been invited by mistake can be removed from the message room.
- Folder members in team/group message room are managed by the administrator in 'Admin > Member' or by the Group Master in the group settings.
