Send emails as messages

You can send emails to message rooms.

The email will be forwarded to the message room as an .eml file. Press the file to immediately view the content.

You can send one email at a time to multiple message rooms.

Also, you can select up to 30 message rooms at once to send the email.

However, confidential emails cannot be sent as a message. Also, restricted emails can only be sent to message rooms that do not contain external contacts.

Mobile

  1. Tap the email you want to send as a message in the email list.
  2. Tap at the top right.
  3. Tap 'Send'.
  4. Select the member or the message room, and then tap 'Confirm'.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Click the email you want to send as a message in the email list.
  4. Click 'Send' at the top right of the email subject line.
  5. Click 'Send via Message'.
  6. Select the member or the message room, and then click 'Forward'.
