Drive (Message Room Folder)

The services displayed may vary depending on the product you are using.

Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.

Logs are stored for up to 180 days.

Drive (Message Room Folder)

Check the progress of tasks such as uploading, updating, and sharing files. Also, you can check tasks of message room folders in the 'Drive' menu.

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Drive' or 'Message Room Folder' to go to the 'Drive' or 'Message Room Folder' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap to open the menu.

Mobile

  • Item: The name of the files and folders that are task subjects.
  • Status: Displays whether the task was performed successfully.
  • Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks are as follows.
    • Copy
    • Upload
    • Download
    • Move
    • Delete
    • Edit name
    • Delete permanently
    • Restore from Trash
    • Create folder: Create a new folder
    • Add member
    • Set folder members
    • Unshare folder
    • Leave folder
    • Change accessible members
    • Set accessible members
    • Remove member restriction
    • Create link
    • Change link settings
    • Delete link
    • Access the link history
    • Edit file
    • Restore file version
    • Delete file version

  • Location: The name of the files and folders that are task subjects.

Mobile

  1. Tap the search icon on the 'Drive(Message Room Folder)' page to expand the search menu and enter conditions.
  2. Tap 'Search' to search.

PC Web

You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.

  1.  On the 'Drive(Message Room Folder)' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.
  2. Click 'Search' to view the search results.

Download Drive (Message Room Folder) audit logs

Download the audit log you viewed.

  1.  On the 'Drive(Message Room Folder)' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.
  2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.
  3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.
  4. Find the requested log and download the file.
