Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.
You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.
Logs are stored for up to 1 month (31 days).
Files
Check the history of downloading or viewing files on NAVER WORKS.
You can check the file logs of Board (Note), Message, Mail, Contacts, Drive (Folder), Task, Calendar, Form, Template, Bot API, and Business Support.
However, for an external group, file logs for Group Note and Folder are only available for the domain in which the group was created.
Change 'Save audit log in Audit > "File"' to 'Use' in 'File logs' of 'Security' > 'File Security' to check the file log. The initial setting is 'Do not use'.
Logs are recorded after being set to 'Use', and the retention period of file logs is 1 month (31 days).
In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'File' to go to the 'File' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap to open the menu.

- File name: The name of the file task was performed.
- Service: The name of the service task was performed.
- User: The name and email address of the member who performed the task.
- Date: The date and time the task was performed.
- Service Type: User-agent that performed the task; There are PC web, PC app, mobile app, API, Explorer, and others.

- Tap the search icon on the 'File' page to expand the search menu and enter conditions.
- Tap 'Search' to search.
Download file audit logs
Download the audit log you viewed.
- On the 'File' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.
- At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.
- Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.
- Find the requested log and download the file.
