Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.
You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.
Logs are stored for up to 180 days.
Download logs
You can download the log search results you requested.
When there is a search result requested for download, it is displayed in the list of the 'Log Download' page.
The download request item will be deleted 15 days after the download is available.
In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Log Download' to go to the 'Log Download' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap 
to open the menu.
Mobile
- Log: The name of the log requested for download
- Request: The name entered when requesting the download.
- Status
- Download: Click 'Download' to download search results.
- Preparing: Waiting for download.
- Expiration Time: The time when the download period ends. After the expiration time, it is automatically deleted from the list.
PC Web
- Log: The name of the log requested for download
- Request: The name entered when requesting the download.

- Download: Click 'Download' to download search results.

- Capacity: The size of the file to download.
- Expiration Time: The time when the download period ends. After the expiration time, it is automatically deleted from the list.
