Logs are stored for up to 180 days.

For failed logins, you can view the cause of the failure. You can identify mistaken access or suspicious login attempts, which helps protect your company's information.
In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Login' to go to the 'Login' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap to open the menu.

- User: The name and email address of the member who performed the task.
- Date: The date and time of the login attempt.
- IP Address: The IP address of the network that tried to log in to NAVER WORKS.

- Tap the search icon on the 'Login' page to expand the search menu and enter conditions.
- Tap 'Search' to search.
Download login audit logs
Download the audit log you viewed.
- On the 'Login' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.
- At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.
- Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.
- Find the requested log and download the file.
