You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.
Logs are stored for up to 180 days.
Mobile screenshots (iOS)
Check the screenshot history for the NAVER WORKS app screen on iOS mobile devices. The history is saved when you restrict mobile screenshots.
In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Mobile Screenshots(iOS)' to go to the 'Mobile Screenshots(iOS)' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap 
to open the menu.
Mobile
- Device·Vendor ID : The iOS device where the mobile screen capture was detected and the device's Vendor ID information.
- OSÂ : The OS information of the device where the mobile screenshot is detected.
- Date: The date the mobile screen capture was taken.
- Format: Depending on the mobile screen capture format, it is recorded as an image capture and video capture.
- Press 'View' of the image to display the original version.
- Press 'View' on the video to display the representative screen of the captured video as an image.
PC Web
- User: User information of those who took a screenshot of NAVER WORKS mobile app screen on iOS device.
- Device·Vendor ID : The iOS device where the mobile screen capture was detected and the device's Vendor ID information.
- OSÂ : The OS information of the device where the mobile screenshot is detected.
- Date: The date the mobile screen capture was taken.

Mobile
- Tap the search icon on the 'Mobile Screenshots(iOS)' page to expand the search menu and enter conditions.
- Tap 'Search' to search.
PC Web
You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.
- On the 'Mobile Screenshots(iOS)' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.
- Click 'Search' to view the search results.
Download mobile app screenshots (iOS) audit logs
Download the audit log you viewed.
- On the 'Mobile Screenshots(iOS)' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.
- At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.
- Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.
- Find the requested log and download the file.
