View and download photos/files

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core or WORKS Approval.

You can download photos, videos, and files attached to posts to your device.

There is no limit to the retention period of files in a post.

View and download photos

You can view the attached photos in a larger size and download them to your device, drive, or folder.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Board' at the bottom.
  2. Tap the post to download photos from.
  3. Tap a photo in the post.
  4. Tap  to save the photo to your device.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Board'.
  3. Click the post to download the photo.
  4. Click to the left of the attachment.
  5. Click right to the photo to download, or click to save the photo to Drive or Folder.

View and download videos

You can play the attached videos and download them to your device, drive or folder.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Board' at the bottom.
  2. Tap the post to download videos from.
  3. Tap a video attached to the post.
  4. Tap to save the video to your device.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Board'.
  3. Click the post to download the video.
  4. Click 'Default'.
  5. Click right to the video to download, or to save the video to Drive or Folder.

View and download attachments

By clicking , you can view the attached document files (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word files) and download them to your device, drive, or folder.

Mobile App

Download an attachment to your device

  1. Tap 'Board' at the bottom.
  2. Tap the post to download attachments from.
  3. Tap an attachment you want to download from the post.
  4. Tap and then 'Save on Device'.

 

Download attachments to Drive or Folder

You can download files attached to posts or comments to your drive or folder.

  1. Tap 'Board' at the bottom.
  2. Tap the post to download attachments from.
  3. In the post, tap right to the attachment you want to download.
  4. Tap 'Drive'.
  5. Select the location to save the attachment.
  6. Tap 'Save' to download the attachment.

PC Web

Download an attachment to your device

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Board'.
  3. Click the post to download an attachment.
  4. Click 'Default'.
  5. Click right to the attachment you want to download.

 

Download attachments to Drive or Folder

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Board'.
  3. Click the post to download an attachment.
  4. Click 'Default'.
  5. Click right to the attachment you want to download.
  6. Select the location to save the attachment, and click 'OK' to download.

Save all attachments

You can download all files attached to a post at once.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Board' at the bottom.
  2. Tap the post you want to download from.
  3. Please check the attached files in the post.
  4. Tap to select 'Save on Device ', 'Drive ' or 'Folder'.
    When selecting ‘Save on Device’, each file is saved separately.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Board'.
  3. Click on the post you want to download the file from.
  4. Click 'Save All' to the right of the attachment text and select 'Save to PC', 'Send to Drive', or 'Send to folder'.
    Selecting 'Save All' and then ‘Save to PC’ will compress the files and save them as a ZIP file.

Summarize attachments

This feature is available after applying for AiStudio.

You can easily understand the content of attachments through AI summary.

You can summarize up to 5 files at once on the PC web and only one file at a time on the mobile app.

You can choose the length and format of your summary.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Board' at the bottom.
  2. Tap a post.
  3. In the post, tap to the right of the attachment.
  4. Tap to the right of the document file.
  5. Tap 'AI Summary'.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Board'.
  3. In the post, click to the right of the attachment.
  4. Click to the right of the document file.
  5. Click 'AI Summary'.
