QR code

You can share your QR code with an external NAVER WORKS user or LINE user, or scan other’s QR code.

When you link via QR code, you can immediately start a conversation on NAVER WORKS.


Only members who have been allowed to chat to external users by the administrator can use QR codes.

Share QR codes

You can check your QR code and share it with others.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap on the top right.
  3. You can show ‘QR Code‘ or save and share as an image.

Scan QR codes

You can scan an external NAVER WORKS user's QR code and add them as a message contact or start a conversation instantly.

You can only scan QR codes from external NAVER WORKS users, not from LINE users or any other QR codes.

However, in order to scan a QR code, you need to allow the NAVER WORKS app to access the camera .

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap on the top right.
  3. Tap 'Scan QR Code'.
  4. Scan ‘QR Code’ of an external NAVER WORKS user.
