Trash

This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

You can delete emails by moving them to Trash.

The ways to delete emails are as follows:
  • Delete from the email list
  • Delete multiple emails from the email list
  • Delete from the email reading window

Delete from the email list

Mobile

  1. Swipe left on the email you want to delete from the email list.
  2. Tap 'Delete'.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Check the checkbox of the emails you want to delete from the email list.
  4. Click 'Delete'.

Delete multiple emails from the email list

Mobile

  1. Tap and hold on the email you want to delete from the email list.
  2. Tap  of the emails you want to delete.
  3. Tap  to delete the emails.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Select the emails you want to delete from the email list.
  4. Click 'Delete'.

Delete from the email reading window

Mobile

  1. Open an email and tap .

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Click on an email in Mail.
  4. Click 'Delete' on the top.

Check emails in Trash

You can check the emails you have moved to Trash. You can mark the emails in Trash as read, move them to another mailbox, translate the content, or report them as spam.
Once you delete emails from Trash, they are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in Mail.
  2. Tap  on the left menu to open Trash.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Click 'Trash' on the left menu in Mail.

Empty Trash

You can delete all emails in Trash.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in Mail.
  2. Tap  to open Trash.
  3. Tap  to permanently delete all emails.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Hover the mouse over 'Trash'.
  4. Click .
  5. Click 'OK'.
