Search

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

You can search with the post title, post content, author, file name, and comment content within a Message Room Note.

Search by post title, body, author, file name, and comment content

You can search for posts, attachments, and comment content in Note.

Search by the name of an author

Search by the name of a member, and select 'Author' to view all posts written by the member.

Mobile

  1. Tap   in Note.
  2. Enter the name of the author.
  3. Tap the 'Author' tab.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click a message room from the message room list.
  4. Click  on the top right.
  5. Enter the name of the author.
  6. Click the 'Note' tab.
  7. Click 'Author'.

Search by file name

Search for a list of attachments in posts containing the keyword searched in the file name and its contents.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in Note.
  2. Enter the file name.
  3. Tap the 'File' tab.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click a message room from the message room list.
  4. Click  on the top right.
  5. Enter the file name.
  6. Click the 'Note' tab.
  7. Click 'File'.

Search by comment content

Search by keywords in a comment and select 'Comment' to see a list of comment contents that includes the search keywords.

Mobile

  1. Tap   in Note.
  2. Enter the comment content.
  3. Tap the 'Comment' tab.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click a message room from the message room list.
  4. Click  on the top right.
  5. Enter the comment content.
  6. Click the 'Note' tab.
  7. Click 'Comment'.
