Call settings

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

Integrate with iPhone call

You can receive voice and video calls from the NAVER WORKS app with incoming call notifications on your iOS device.

You can also check NAVER WORKS call history on the Recents screen of the iOS device and reconnect with other NAVER WORKS users directly from the screen.

Mobile

  1. Tap ‘Home’ on the bottom.
  2. Tap .
  3. To disconnect NAVER WORKS and iOS calls, turn off 'Integrate with iPhone default call' .

Allow incoming calls

You can receive and make free calls using NAVER WORKS. You can choose whether to receive calls in Settings.

PC App

  1. Click  on the bottom left of the screen.
  2. Click 'Settings'.
  3. Click the 'Call' tab.
  4. Under 'Call', check or uncheck the checkbox of 'Allow incoming calls.'.

Speaker, microphone, and camera device settings

You can check and change the settings for speaker, microphone, and camera devices to use during voice/video calls.

PC App

  1. Click  on the bottom left of the screen.
  2. Click 'Settings'.
  3. Click the 'Call' tab.
  4. Check the currently selected device in 'Speaker settings' and change settings.
    • The default is 'System default', and the speaker is automatically connected according to the settings of the OS.
    • You can adjust the volume of the speakers you listen to by adjusting the size bar next to .
  5. Check the currently selected device in 'Mic settings' and change settings.
    • The default is 'System default', and the microphone is automatically connected according to the settings of the OS.
    • You can test the microphone volume. When you make a sound into the microphone, the number of bars next to changes according to the volume size.
    • You can adjust the volume of your voice that others will hear by adjusting the size bar next to .
  6. Check the currently selected device in 'Camera settings' and change settings.
    If you have more than one camera device connected to your PC, you can select one.
