Integrate with iPhone call
You can receive voice calls and video calls from the NAVER WORKS app through call notifications on your iOS device.
You can view NAVER WORKS call history on the Recents screen of your iOS device and directly reconnect with other NAVER WORKS users from there.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap .
- To disconnect from iOS call integration, disable 'Integrate with iPhone Phone App'.
Allow incoming calls
You can set whether to receive calls from the PC app.
PC App
- Click at the bottom left of the screen.
- Click 'Settings'.
- Click the 'Call' tab.
- Under 'Call', check or uncheck the checkbox of 'Allow incoming calls.'.
If you disable the option to receive calls, you will not be able to receive 1:1 call requests on the PC app from the other party.
Speaker, microphone, and camera device settings
You can check and change the settings for speaker, microphone, and camera devices to use during voice/video calls.
PC App
- Click at the bottom left of the screen.
- Click 'Settings'.
- Click the 'Call' tab.
- Check the currently selected device in 'Speaker settings' and change settings.
- The default is 'System default', and the speaker is automatically connected according to the settings of the OS.
- You can adjust the volume of the speakers you listen to by adjusting the size bar next to .
- Check the currently selected device in 'Mic settings' and change settings.
- The default is 'System default', and the microphone is automatically connected according to the settings of the OS.
- You can test the microphone volume. When you make a sound into the microphone, the number of bars next to changes according to the volume size.
- You can adjust the volume of your voice that others will hear by adjusting the size bar next to .
- Check the currently selected device in 'Camera settings' and change settings.
If you have more than one camera device connected to your PC, you can select one.
