Summarize emails with AI

This feature is available after applying for AiStudio.

Using WORKS AI built into NAVER WORKS, you can summarize emails.

Note that you cannot summarize emails containing no body content or only tables, images or stickers.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Summary' on the email view screen.
  2. Check out the summary. You can also tap to copy it.

PC Web

  1. Click 'Summary' on the email view screen.
  2. Check out the summary. You can also click to copy it.
    • Key Points: Indicates the latest status and key takeaways of the email.
    • Action Items:  Indicates specific requests and instructions as tasks.

Note that the accuracy of the summary depends on the content of the email. The more content to be summarized, the longer the summary may take.
