Download files

This feature is available after applying for ClovaNote.

You can download audio files, transcripts, and memos.

However, you cannot download a specific type of files if the administrator restricts the file download.

Mobile

  1. Open the note you want to download a file from.
  2. Tap at the top right.
  3. Select the file you want.
    • Download transcript: Download the text of the transcript. Select whether to include a file format, time information, attendees, etc. Then, tap 'Download'.
    • Download audio file: Download a recorded audio.You can change the storage path on iOS. The file is saved in 'My Files > Downloads' folder on Android.
    • Download memo: Download the memo. Select whether to include the creation time and tap 'Download'.

PC Web

  1. Open the note you want to download a file from.
  2. Click at the top right.
  3. Select the file you want to download.
    • Download transcript: Download the text of the transcript. Select whether to include a file format, time information, attendees, etc. Then, click 'Download'.
    • Download audio file: Download a recorded audio.
    • Download memo: Download the memo. Select whether to include the creation time and click 'Download'.
