Check ClovaNote's monthly speech recognition time, summary count, and note creation count.

You can view the number of notes within the set period, and download the results as an Excel file.

1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Statistics'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
2. Select 'ClovaNote' and go to the 'All' tab.

Monthly usage

You can view the real-time status of monthly speech recognition usage time and monthly usage summaries.

• Monthly Time Usage: Accumulated usage time of speech recognition of each month
• Remaining: Remaining time for speech recognition which equals to the monthly provided time minus the time used in this month
• Total: Monthly provided time for speech recognition
  • This is the total time that all members can share.
  • It will be calculated and provided based on the starting and ending date of the product.
• Used: Cumulative number of note summaries used per month
• Remaining: Number of remaining note summaries available per month
• Total: Total number of note summaries available per month

Number of notes created

You can check the number of notes by date.

• View: Select a specific period or enter a custom date range, then press 'View' to check the statistics. You can only search for data created less than a year.
• Download: Press 'Download' at the top right to download the status as an Excel file.
