Contacts

The displayed services may vary depending on the product you use.

Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.

Logs are stored for up to 180 days.

Contacts

Check the task details such as adding, viewing, or editing contact information by members.

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Contacts' to go to the 'Contacts' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap to open the menu.

Mobile

  • Target: The person who viewed the information in Contacts.
  • Status: Displays whether the task was performed successfully.
  • Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks are as follows.
    • View member info
    • Edit member info
    • Search contact (External Contacts)
    • Add contact (External Contacts)
    • Edit contact (External Contacts)
    • Delete contact (External Contacts)
    • Add tag (External Contacts)
    • Edit tag (External Contacts)
    • Delete tag (External Contacts)
    • Delete contact permanently (External Contacts)
    • Restore the contact (External Contacts)
    • Export contact (External Contacts)
    • Change external contact’s owner
    • View group
    • Add group
    • Edit group
    • Delete group
  • User: The name and email address of the member who performed the task.
  • Date: The date and time the task was performed.

PC Web

  • Target: The person who viewed the information in Contacts.
  • Status: Displays whether the task was performed successfully.

  • Service Type: User-agent that performed the task; there are PC Web, Mobile App, Contacts Organization Chart, API, and SCIM.

Search the Contacts audit logs.

Mobile

  1. Tap the search icon on the 'Contacts' page to expand the search menu and enter conditions.
  2. Tap 'Search' to search.

PC Web

You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.

  1. On the 'Contacts' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.
  2. Click 'Search' to view the search results.

Download Contacts audit logs

Download the inquired audit logs.

  1. On the 'Contacts' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.
  2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.
  3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.
  4. Find the requested log and download the file.
