Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.

Logs are stored for up to 180 days.

Login

Check the record of attempts to sign in to NAVER WORKS.

For failed logins, you can view the cause of the failure. You can identify mistaken access or suspicious login attempts, which helps protect your company's information.

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Login' to go to the 'Login' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap to open the menu.

Mobile

  • Description: Displays whether the login succeeded or not, and the reason for the failure.
  • User: The name and email address of the member who performed the task.
  • Date: The date and time of the login attempt.
  • IP Address: The IP address of the network that tried to log in to NAVER WORKS.

PC Web

  • Description: You can check whether the login was successful, the history of requesting logout from the server, and the history of changing IDs and passwords.
  • User: The name and ID of the member who performed the task.
  • Date: The date and time of the login attempt.
  • IP Address: The IP address of the network that tried to log in to NAVER WORKS.
  • Login method: The IP address of the network that tried to log in to NAVER WORKS.
  • Service Type: Displays how the user logged in. The login attempt by the user-agent; It is categorized into PC Web, PC App, Mobile App, Drive explorer, IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol), POP (Post Office Protocol)3, SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), CalDAV, API, and Others.

Mobile

  1. Tap the search icon on the 'Login' page to expand the search menu and enter conditions.
  2. Tap 'Search' to search.

PC Web

You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.

  1. On the 'Login' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.
  2. Click 'Search' to view the search results.

Download login audit logs

Download the audit log you viewed.

  1. On the 'Login' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.
  2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.
  3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.
  4. Find the requested log and download the file.
