The services displayed may vary depending on the product you are using.

Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.

Logs are stored for up to 180 days.

ClovaNote

View the creation/deletion/download history of notes and folders in ClovaNote.

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click '{{clovanote}}'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.

Subject: The title of the note or folder name the task was performed is displayed. For the trash, it is displayed as an empty value with no title.
Item: The item where the task occurred within the service.
Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks are as follows.
- Create note
- Open note
- Download audio file
- Download transcript
- Download memo
- Create shared link
- Delete shared link
- Move to Trash
- Delete permanently
- Empty Trash
User: The name and email address of the member who performed the task.
Date: The date and time the task was performed.

Subject: The title of the note or folder name the task was performed is displayed. For the trash, it is displayed as an empty value with no title.
Item: The item where the task occurred within the service.
Note ID: Note ID in which the task occurred. Folders and trash are shown as empty values.

Search ClovaNote audit logs

Search the ClovaNote audit logs.

Tap the search icon on the '{{clovanote}}' page to expand the search menu and enter conditions.
Tap 'Search'.

You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.

On the '{{clovanote}}' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.
Click 'Search'.

Download the audit log you viewed.

On the '{{clovanote}}' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.
At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.
Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.
Find the requested log and download the file.
