Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.
You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.
Logs are stored for up to 180 days.
Message Room Note
View the history of posts added and edited by members in Message Room Note, as well as changes to the board.
In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Message Room Note' to go to the 'Message Room Note' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
Mobile
- Title: The title of the post on which the task was performed. When a title is edited, the title before the edit is displayed.
- Status: Displays whether the task was performed successfully.
- Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks are as follows.
- Register
- Edit
- Move Post
- Move to Trash
- Restore
- Delete Permanently
- Register Board
- Edit Board
- Delete Board
- User: The name and email address of the member who performed the task.
- Date: The date and time the task was performed.
PC Web
- Title: The title of the post on which the task was performed. When a title is edited, the title before the edit is displayed.

- Message room: The name of the message room
on which the task occurred.

Mobile
- Tap the search icon on the 'Message Room Note' page to expand the search menu and enter conditions.
- Tap 'Search' to search.
PC Web
You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.
- On the 'Message Room Note' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.
- Click 'Search' to view the search results.
Download Message Room Note audit logs
Download the audit log you viewed.
- On the 'Message Room Note' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.
- At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.
- Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.
- Find the requested log and download the file.
