AI summary helps you see the key takeaways from a document at a glance.
You can choose the length (Short/Medium/Long) and format (List/Paragraph) of your summary.
The file types that support AI summary are as follows:
- MS Office files (DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX)
- PDF files (PDF)
- Hangul files (HWP, HWPX)
- Text files (.txt, .rtf, .xml)

- Double-click the document file in your service or click
to the right of the file. - Click
at the top right.
Additional features

- You can copy the summarized text by clicking
at the bottom right. - You can regenerate a summary by clicking
at the bottom right. - You can choose the length and format of a summary by clicking 'Change Summary Style' at the bottom left.
- You can summarize a document file of up to 100 MB.
- If the document body is longer than 100,000 characters, only the first 100,000 characters are summarized.
- Text embedded in images within a document file is not summarized.
- Password-protected document files are not summarized.
