This feature is available after applying for AiStudio. To use it on the mobile app, apply for NAVER WORKS Core and update the app to version 4.4 or later.

The AI Assistant chats with users and understands their requests to provide information or support tasks.

Chat with AI Assistant

You can chat with the AI Assistant that you have permission to use.

Mobile App

Tap the 'AiStudio' widget section on the Home screen or tap in your message room, post body, or email body.
- If you are chatting with the AI Assistant for the first time, a new message room with 'WORKS Mate' will be created.
- If there is a chat history, a new message room will be created with the last AI Assistant you chatted with.
Enter your request in the field at the bottom.
Tap to send the message and start a chat with the AI Assistant.

PC Web

Click at the top.
Click 'AiStudio'.
Click 'Chat' in the AiStudio list or click the AiStudio name in the left list to create a message room.
Enter your request in the field at the bottom.
Click to send the message and start a chat with the AI Assistant.

Note that AI may generate misinformation.

Token information

A token is the basic unit of text that AI uses to generate results.

Every time you chat with an AI Assistant, tokens are consumed based on the following criteria.

Tokens are consumed when the AI Assistant's response is finished.
If an error occurs before the response is finished, tokens are not consumed.
If you run out of tokens, you cannot chat with the AI Assistant any more.
If you send a message while having any tokens left, the response will be successfully finished.

Change your AI Assistant

You can change your AI Assistant and create a new message room with it.

Mobile App

Tap the name of a new AI Assistant at the top.
Or tap a new AI Assistant from the list.

PC Web

Click the name of a new AI Assistant in the left list.

Chat with AI Assistant based on your message or post

You can chat with an AI Assistant based on the messages exchanged in your message room or the post you are reading.

Mobile App

Tap in your message room or post body. The current message or post you were viewing is automatically recognized, and information about the content is displayed at the top of the input field.
After entering your request, tap to send the message, and the AI Assistant will respond based on the content you were viewing.

If you do not want to use the content you were viewing in the response, tap 'Exclude'.

Open a new message room

If you want to chat with the AI Assistant on a new topic, you can create a new message room.

Number of messages and characters that can be sent

The maximum number of characters you can send at once is 10,000.
To prevent abuse when sending messages, the number of messages that can be sent in an hour is limited.
