Event and task suggestions by AI

This feature is available after applying for AiStudio.

The AI suggestions feature helps you easily create events and tasks from your email.

Event suggestion

The AI determines whether an event needs to be created based on your email content and automatically suggests an appropriate event.

  1. Click '' on the email view screen.
  2. Click 'Event Suggestion'.

Create an event with AI suggestions

  1. Click '' on the email view screen.
  2. Click 'Event Suggestion'.
  3. Check the suggested content displayed on the screen.
  4. Click 'Edit Event'.

Task suggestion

The AI determines whether a task needs to be created based on your email content and automatically suggests an appropriate task.

Create a task with AI suggestions

PC Web

  1. Click '' on the email view screen.
  2. Click 'Task Suggestion'.
  3. Check the suggested content displayed on the screen.
  4. Click 'Edit Task'.

Note that the accuracy of the suggestions depends on the content of the email. The more content, the longer the suggestion may take.
