With the message scheduling feature, you can set messages to be sent automatically at the date and time of your choice.
You can compose a message in advance after business hours and send it once business hours resume. It can also be useful when you need to send a notification message at a specific time.
Usage conditions and restrictions
This feature is available only in message rooms consisting solely of members and is subject to the following restrictions:
- You can only schedule the sending of text, sticker, image, and file messages.
- Messages can only be scheduled up to 7 days from the current date, in 15-minute increments.
- You can register up to 10 scheduled messages per account. This is unrelated to the number of message rooms.
Schedule a message
Mobile App
- Tap
to the left of the message entry field. - Select 'Schedule Message'.
- Set the content of the message and the time to send it.
- Tap
to schedule the message.
Alternatively,
- After entering a message, press and hold
.
PC Web
- Click
in the message entry field. - Select 'Schedule Message'.
- Set the content of the message and the time to send it.
- Press the Enter key to schedule the message.
PC App
- Click
in the message entry field. - Select 'Schedule Message'.
- Set the content of the message and the time to send it.
- Press the Enter key to schedule the message.
A banner will appear above the message entry field when the message has been scheduled successfully.
Check scheduled messages
In the message room list, the
icon is displayed on the right side for message rooms with scheduled messages.
You can view the list of scheduled messages by pressing 'View More' displayed above the message entry field in the message room.
Manage scheduled messages
On the scheduled message list screen, you can perform the following actions:
- Edit Text: Change the text while keeping the scheduled time to send the message.
- Change Time: Change your scheduled time to send the message.
- Send Now: Send the message immediately.
- Delete: Delete the message.
'Edit Text' and 'Change Time' can only be selected up to 10 minutes before the scheduled time to send the message.
