Check the history of all posts written in Board, including requests to download or save attached files.
Saving a backup file for posts
Download all posts and attached files uploaded in Board. When you receive a service notification with the title 'You may download the posts back up file.', click it to save the file.
However, in the following cases, it will not be included in the download file.
- Temporarily saved posts
- Posts in Trash
- Posts that contains files with extensions blocked by the administrator
- When the shared storage is exceeded
- Comments and comment attachments
You can request the post backup up to 5 times a day. If there is a post backup file that you can 'Download' in the post backup history, you must 'Delete' to request the post backup again.
You can request a backup file on mobile, but 'Download' is not available.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Board' to go to 'Board'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Press 'Backup'.
- Press 'Select board' to select a board to back up. You can also select all boards.
- Press 'Post backup'.
Check post backup history
Check the save request history of all posts and its attached files. Check, download, or delete the record of the post file save request, such as the time of the save request, the administrator who made the request, the download expiration date, the company to be saved, and the total file size.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Board' to go to 'Board'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Press 'Backup'.
- Check the post backup history at the bottom of the page and then download or delete the history.
