Notification sound

You can set the notification sound for incoming mobile app notifications.

Mobile

Android

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
  2. Tap at the top right.
  3. Tap 'Notification Settings'.
  4. For different types of mobile app notifications 'Message Notification', 'Mail Notification', 'Service Notification', tap each to select a notification sound.

 

iOS

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
  2. Tap at the top right.
  3. Tap 'Notification Settings'.
    If the 'Sound' is disabled, enable and access OS settings. On OS settings, tap 'Notifications', enable 'Sounds', and then go back to NAVER WORKS.
  4. Tap 'Ringtone' to select notification.
  5. Tap 'Save'.
