You can add or edit the following information in My Profile.
- Profile photo
- Multilingual name
- Nickname
- Company phone number
- Mobile phone number
- Personal email address
- Workplace
- Responsibilities
- Messenger/SNS
- Birthday (Can only be edited on PC web)
- Related contacts (Can only be edited on PC web)
However, only the administrator can edit the name, title/position, company/team, and company email address with 
displayed.
Edit my profile
You can edit your profile.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap your name or profile photo.
- In 'My Profile', tap 'Edit'.
- Add or edit the information.
- Tap 'Save'.
PC Web
- Click your profile photo at the top right.
- Click 'My Info' from the menu.
- Add or edit the information in the 'Profile > My Profile' page.
- Click 'Save'.
Change your profile photo
You can check or change your profile photo and status at any time.
However, depending on the administrator's settings, you may not be able to change the photo and the camera icon will not be displayed.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap your name or profile photo.
- In 'My Profile', tap
 'Edit'. - Tap
. - Tap 'Select Photo' to use a photo on your device, or tap 'Take a Photo' to take a photo.
PC Web
- Click your profile photo at the top right.
- Click 'My Info' from the menu.
- Click
on the profile picture and then 'Change'. - Select a new photo. (Only files up to 10 MB can be uploaded as a profile photo.)
- Click 'Save' at the bottom.
PC App
- Click
at the bottom left of the screen. - Click 'Settings'.
- In the 'General' tab, click
to select a photo.
