You can save emails as drafts when composing new emails and open them for further editing.
Save an emails as draft
When composing an email, you can save the email as a draft in 'Temporary' without sending it.
Mobile
- Tap in the compose email screen.
- Tap 'Save as draft' to save the email as a draft.
Large attachments are not saved when saving a draft on the mobile app.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Mail'.
- Click 'Compose'.
- Click 'Save as draft' while composing to save the email as a draft.
View and edit emails saved as drafts
In 'Temporary', you can view and edit emails you have saved as drafts.
Mobile
- Tap in Mail.
- Tap ‘Temporary'.
- View the emails saved as drafts and tap to edit.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Mail'.
- Click 'Drafts' at the left.
- View the emails saved as drafts and click to continue editing.
Delete a draft
You can delete emails you saved as drafts in 'Temporary'.
Mobile
- Tap in Mail.
- Tap ‘Temporary'.
- Swipe left on the draft you want to delete.
- Tap 'Delete' to delete the draft.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Mail'.
- Click 'Drafts' at the left.
- Select the draft you want to delete.
- Click 'Delete'.
On the PC web, you can delete email drafts directly from the compose window ('Compose window > More > Delete draft') without visiting the Drafts mailbox.
