To use the mobile app securely, you can enable a screen lock to activate each time you reopen the app.

Setting a screen lock helps keep your work data safe.

Enable screen lock

Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
Tap .
Tap 'Login and Security' to go to the screen where you can configure the 'Screen Lock' and 'Quick Login' features.
Tap 'Screen Lock' under 'Unlock with PIN' to enable the screen lock.
Set a PIN to unlock the screen.
- If no PIN is added, enter a new PIN and confirm it once again to add your new PIN and activate 'Screen Lock'.
- If the 'Quick Login' is activated in advance, enter the same PIN to enable 'Screen Lock'.
After adding your PIN, you can then enable 'Unlock with Biometric Verification'.
- If you enable 'Unlock with Biometric Verification', you can log in using biometric authentication methods (e.g., fingerprint, face recognition, or any other method provided by your device) instead of entering a PIN.
- If you disable 'Unlock with Biometric Verification', you can only log in by entering a PIN.

Disable screen lock

Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
Tap .
Tap 'Login and Security' to go to the screen where you can configure the 'Screen Lock' and 'Quick Login' features.
Tap 'Unlock with PIN' under 'Screen Lock' to disable the screen lock.
Enter your PIN to disable the 'Screen Lock'.

You can change the PIN used for 'Screen Lock' and 'Quick login (Mobile app)' on your mobile app.

Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
Tap .
Tap 'Login and Security' to go to the screen where you can configure the 'Screen Lock' and 'Quick Login' features.
Tap 'Change PIN' at the bottom
Enter your current PIN.
Enter a new PIN. Please note that you cannot use the current PIN as your new PIN.
Confirm your new PIN to complete PIN registration.

When using the 'Quick Login' function, you must log in with your new PIN.
