The form creator can download the form results as a .csv file for further analysis.
Mobile
- Tap in Form.
- Tap 'My Forms'.
- Tap 'Results' of the form you want to download the results. For recurring forms, tap 'History' and then 'Results' to download.
- Tap at the top right.
- Tap 'Save' if you want to save the file to your device, 'Save to Drive' to save to drive, and 'Save to Folder' to save to folder.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Form'.
- Click 'My Forms' in the left menu.
- Click 'Results' in the form list to view form results. For recurring forms, click 'History' and then 'Results' to download.
- Click at the top right.
- Click 'Save' if you want to save the file to your computer, 'Save to Drive' to save to drive, and 'Save to Folder' to save to folder.
Results can only be downloaded if there are respondents.
Download results from the recurring form list
For forms with recurrence settings, you can download the response results of multiple forms at once as a .zip file in the recurring form list.
You can download up to 30 forms at once, and a download link will be sent as a service notification when ready to download.
The download link is valid for 7 days.

- At the bottom of the 'Recurring Forms' screen, tap .

- When you receive the 'Download form results' service notification, tap 'File Download' at the bottom of the notification message.
