Message Bot

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

Use the Message Bot API to receive notifications from internal systems or to interact with them directly within messages.

Notifications from internal systems, such as payments, settlements, and system status, can be sent as messages instead of SMS, reducing costs.

By integrating internal systems like attendance, welfare checks, and approval processes with the NAVER WORKS Bot, you can manage these tasks directly in messages without needing to switch to other services.

There are 7 types.

Invite a bot to a message room

You can invite bots to a message room.

The types of bots that can be invited are determined by the administrator in Admin.

Mobile

  1. Tap in the message room.
  2. Tap 'Invite'.
  3. Select the bot to invite.
  4. Tap 'Confirm'.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click a message room from the message room list.
  4. Click at the top right of the message room.
  5. Click 'Invite'.
  6. Select the bot to invite.
  7. Click 'Invite'.

PC App

  1. Click at the top left.
  2. Click a message room from the message room list.
  3. Click at the top right of the message room.
  4. Click 'Invite'.
  5. Select the bot to invite.
  6. Click 'Invite'.
