This feature is available after applying for WORKS Finance.
You can check the expenditure report request status created with the expenditure report form. You can also search and view the expenditure report request status by condition and download the list of expenditure report requests as an Excel file.
The Expenditure Report Request Status menu is displayed only if the expenditure report usage status is set to ‘Use’ in the ‘Expenditure > Settings’ menu.
The Expenditure Report Request Status page is laid out as follows.

The Budget, Budget Type, and Budget Item fields are displayed only if the company uses the Budget service and has enabled budgets in the ‘Expenditure > Settings’ menu.
Download List of Expenditure Report Request Status
The following describes how to download the list of expenditure report request status.
- Click the ‘Admin Menu’ at the top right of the PC web screen, and then click ‘Expenditure’ in the pop-up window.
- Click
at the top left of the screen.
- Click ‘Expenditure Report Request Status’ from the menu.
- If necessary, enter the expenditure report request status condition to be searched in the Search window, and then click ‘Search’.
- You can view the expenditure report request status that match the entered conditions.
- Click 'Download'.
- The list of expenditure report request status is downloaded as an Excel file.
Downloaded files are stored as
ReportPlanList.xlsx
in the Downloads
folder.
