This feature is available after applying for WORKS Finance.
You can view the consolidated expenditure resolutions.
When requesting an expenditure resolution by referencing an expenditure report, you can view the total expenditure resolution amount compared to the expenditure report as well as amounts by evidence type. If it didn't reference an expenditure report, then you can only view the expenditure resolution report creation results.
The View Consolidated Status of Expenditures page is laid out as follows.

Download Expenditure Status List
The following describes how to download the expenditure status list as an Excel file.
- Click ‘Admin Menu’ at the top right of the PC web screen, and then click ‘Expenditure’ in the pop-up window.
- Click
at the top left of the screen.
- Click ‘View Consolidated Status of Expenditures’ from the menu.
- If necessary, enter the resource conditions to be searched in the search window, and then click ‘Search’.
- Expenditure status list that meets the search conditions will be displayed.
- Click 'Download'.
- The expenditure status list is downloaded as an Excel file.
The downloaded file is saved as
ReportTotalList.xlsx
in the Downloads
folder.
