You can view the consolidated expenditure resolutions.

When requesting an expenditure resolution by referencing an expenditure report, you can view the total expenditure resolution amount compared to the expenditure report as well as amounts by evidence type. If it didn't reference an expenditure report, then you can only view the expenditure resolution report creation results.

The View Consolidated Status of Expenditures page is laid out as follows.

① Search window	Search the expenditure status based on affiliated department, period, and expenditure item conditions
② Download	Download the list of expenditure status as an Excel file
③ List of consolidated status of expenditures	View the expenditure report and expenditure resolution status in a list Click ‘Affiliated Department’ in each row to view the organization chart and employee details Click the ‘Report Amount’ in each row to go to the Expenditure Resolution Request Status menu and check the expenditure report history for the selected affiliated department, period, and expenditure item Click the ‘Total’ of each row to view the expenditure resolution report document and details

Download Expenditure Status List

The following describes how to download the expenditure status list as an Excel file.

1. Click ‘Admin Menu’ at the top right of the PC web screen, and then click ‘Expenditure’ in the pop-up window.
2. Click at the top left of the screen.
3. Click ‘View Consolidated Status of Expenditures’ from the menu.
4. If necessary, enter the resource conditions to be searched in the search window, and then click ‘Search’.
   • Expenditure status list that meets the search conditions will be displayed.
5. Click 'Download'.
   • The expenditure status list is downloaded as an Excel file.
