Settlement Status by Project Code

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Finance.

You can view the expenditure resolution status by project and detailed expenditure item for expenditure resolution requests that have been settled using a project code. You can also download the list of settlement status by project code as an Excel file.

The Settlement Status by Project Code page is laid out as follows.

â‘  Search window Search the settlement status by project code based on project code, period, and expenditure item conditions
â‘¡ Download Download the settlement status by project code as an Excel file
â‘¢ List of settlement status by project code View the settlement status by project code in a list

  • When Include Ongoing is selected, it includes expenditure resolution documents whose approval is in progress, and displays the number of ongoing items and amounts. When ‘Include Ongoing’ is not selected, it only displays the number of completed items and amounts
  • Click the Project Code, Project Name in each row to view the details and modification history of the project code
  • Click the Number of Requests, Total Usage Amount in each row to view the expenditure resolution document and details

Download Settlement Status by Project Code

The following describes how to download the list of settlement status by project code as an Excel file.

  1. Click ‘Admin Menu’ at the top right of the PC web screen, and then click ‘Expenditure’ in the pop-up window.
  2. Click at the top left of the screen.
  3. Click 'Settlement Status by Project Code' from the menu.
  4. If necessary, enter the resource conditions to be searched in the search window, and then click ‘Search’.
    • You can view the settlement status by project code that corresponds to the entered condition.
  5. Click 'Download'.
    • The settlement status by project code is downloaded as an Excel file.
The downloaded file is saved in the Downloads folder as ReportProjectCodeList.xlsx filename.
