Quotation Status

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Finance.

In the Mobile View Quotations, you can view the status of quotations registered in the ‘Create Quotation’ menu.

To use the Quotation Status menu, tap ‘Sales’ in ‘Admin Menu’ of Mobile Home. Then, tap ‘Quotation Status’ from the menu.

The Quotation Status screen is laid out as follows.

Area Description
① Search Window Search by business place, quotation date, sales group, quotation manager, vendor, quotation name, item and quotation number.
② Quotation Status List Displays a quotation status list based on the conditions entered.
③ View More Check the details for quotations.
