Managing Accounting Submissions

This feature is available after applying for the Electronic Tax Invoice option.

In the Manage Accounting Submissions, you can specify the accounting account title of issued electronic tax invoices. You can create slips by submitting issued electronic tax invoices to the Accounting service.

The Manage Accounting Submissions menu is displayed only when you use the Accounting service.

Specify Account Title

You specify an account title to the invoice added in the Electronic Tax Invoice service.

  • Only the issued electronic invoices where the status is ‘Receipt Approved’ and the NTS submission status is ‘Submission Completed’ are displayed.
  • If one or more items are added to the same management number, the account title is specified by item. Items with slips created are not displayed in the list.

The Specify Account Titles page is laid out as follows.

â‘  Content tab Click to display the list of electronic tax invoices by issuance type
â‘¡ Search window Search tax invoices according to business place, invoice type, management number, supplier/recipient and period conditions.
â‘¢ Bulk Specify The button activates when the invoice is selected, click to bulk specify the account title of selected invoice. (Refer to Specify Account Title.)
â‘£ Download Download the list of accounting submission electronic tax invoices as an Excel file.

  • Management Number: Click to view invoice details.
  • Account Title: Select and specify account title. (Refer to Specify Account Title.)

Specify Account Titles by Item

The following describes how to specify account title by item.

  1. Click ‘Admin Menu’ at the top right of the PC web screen, and then click ‘Electronic Tax Invoice’ in the pop-up window.
  2. Click at the top left of the screen.
  3. Click ‘Manage Accounting Delivery > Specify Account Titles’ from the menu.
  4. Click the issuance form tab of the invoice to specify account title.
  5. If necessary, enter the electronic tax invoice conditions to be viewed in the search window, and then click ‘Search’.
    • You can view the list corresponding to the entered conditions.
  6. Select the accounting account title in the Account Title item of the electronic tax invoice to specify account title.
    • You can bulk specify account title by clicking ‘Bulk Specify’ after selecting multiple invoices.
    • Click ‘OK’ in the pop-up window.
  7. Click ‘Save’.
    • To cancel the specification of account title, click ‘Cancel’.
When specifying account subjects in bulk, even if the account title has been specified, it will be modified to the changed account title.

Download Specify Account Title Invoice List

The following describes how to download the Specify Account Title Electronic Tax Invoice list as an Excel file.

  1. Click ‘Admin Menu’ at the top right of the PC web screen, and then click ‘Electronic Tax Invoice’ in the pop-up window.
  2. Click at the top left of the screen.
  3. Click ‘Manage Accounting Delivery > Specify Account Titles’ from the menu.
  4. Click the issuance form classification tab of the invoice to download.
  5. If necessary, enter the invoice conditions to search in the search window, and click ‘Search’.
    • You can view the list corresponding to the entered conditions.
  6. Click 'Download'.
    • The invoice list is downloaded as an Excel file.
The downloaded file is saved as TransferFnsTarget.xlsx in the Download folder.

Accounting Submission

You can create slips by sending the issued electronic tax invoices to the Accounting service.

  • Only the issued electronic invoices where the document status is ‘Received Approved’ and the NTS submission status is ‘Submission Completed’ are displayed.
  • Items specified with the account title for the same management number are displayed in a list and can be submitted to the Accounting service.

The Accounting Submissions page is laid out as follows.

â‘¢ Accounting Submissions The button is activated when selecting the invoice in Before Submission status, Click to submit the invoice to the Accounting service.
â‘£ Download Download the list of accounting submission electronic tax invoices as an Excel file.

  • Management Number: Click to view invoice details.
â‘¡ Processing status
  • Before Submission: The status of invoice before being submitted to the Accounting service
  • Submission Completed: The status of invoice that has been submitted to the Accounting service
  • Create Slip: The status in which a slip is created after the accounting submission is completed
⑦ Slip number Cancel Submission: The button is displayed in an invoice in the Submission Completed status, Click to cancel the accounting submission. (Cancel unavailable after the slip is created)
⑧ Number of displayed items Sets the number of electronic tax invoices to be displayed on a single page of the list

Download Accounting Submission Invoice List

The following describes how to download the list of accounting submission electronic tax invoices as an Excel file.

  1. Click ‘Admin Menu’ at the top right of the PC web screen, and then click ‘Electronic Tax Invoice’ in the pop-up window.
  2. Click at the top left of the screen.
  3. Click ‘Manage Accounting Submissions > Accounting Submissions’ from the menu.
  4. Click the issuance form tab of the invoice to be downloaded.
  5. If necessary, enter the invoice conditions to search in the search window, and click ‘Search’.
    • You can view the list corresponding to the entered conditions.
  6. Click 'Download'.
    • The invoice list is downloaded as an Excel file.
The downloaded file is saved as TransferFnsTarget.xlsx in the Download folder.
