Managing Part-timer Payroll

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Approval.

​A part-time employee can search the previous month's payroll statement.

The Part-timer Payroll Management menu is only displayed to part-time employees if you enabled use of Part-timer Payroll.

View Payroll Statement

The part-time employee payroll is automatically settled by applying the values in Set Part-time Employee Salary, the part-time employee’s contract information (contract period, daily work hours, workday) and work hour information (if using Attendance).If you set it so that automatic settlement details are displayed after being confirmed by the admin, then the part-time employee can view the payroll details for the previous month, sorted by latest first, in the View Payroll Statement menu.

The View Payroll Statement screen is laid out as follows.

  1. On the Mobile Home's 'Service Menu', tap 'My Work'.
  2. Tap ‘Manage Payroll > Part-timer Payroll Management’ from the menu.
  • The confirmed payroll can be viewed after the time it is set to be displayed after admin confirmation. If you can’t view payroll details, then contact the HR admin.

  • If no contract information has been entered for the part-timer, then the amount may be displayed as 0. If the amount is displayed is 0 KRW, then contact the HR admin.

The View Payroll Statement screen is laid out as follows.

Area Description
① Payroll History List The monthly payroll history is displayed in the list by payroll payment date. If you tap ‘Details’, then you can see the detailed payroll history.

Payable Items

  • Weekly holiday pay: Paid if part-time employee’s contract type is Contract Worker Employment, Day Labor, or Day Labor (150,000 KRW() or more). (Refer to Condition/Payment/Deductible Items Table for Part-time Employee Contract Type)
  • Meal allowance: This is displayed if the company has set the meal allowance in the payable item when setting the part-timer payroll.
  • Fixed allowance: Displayed if fixed allowance was set as a payment item when the company set up use of part-time employee payroll.
  • Overtime/nightshift/holiday allowance: This is displayed if the company uses the Attendance service or overtime/nightshift/holiday work is recognized. (However, this is not applicable for business places with less than 5 people.)
  • Additional Payable Items: If company set additional payable items when setting up part-time employee payroll, then they may be displayed. If the calculation formula is set up, then the formula is also displayed
    • If the additional item payable is a fixed allowance, it is paid in the ratio of the number of contracted days per month to the total days in the month(E.g., Travel Expenses)
    • If the additional payment item is not a fixed allowance, it is calculated and paid according to the amount registered by the admin or a calculation formula

Deductible items

  • It displays deduction items according to part-time employees' contract type. (Refer to Table of Condition/Payment/Deductible Item by Part-time Contract Type)
  • Additional Deductible Items: If company set additional deductible items when setting up use of part-time employee payroll, then they may be displayed. If the calculation formula is set up, then the formula is also displayed

Work Status

  • Displays general, overtime, night, holiday general, holiday overtime, or holiday night information if the payroll calculation reflects work status during payroll settlement. If the payroll calculation reflects contract information, displays the number of workdays and total work hours

Calculation Method

  • Displays formulas for calculating basic salary, weekly holiday allowance, overtime/night/holiday allowances, paid holiday allowance, and meal allowanceDisplays calculation formulas if the company has set separate additional payment and deduction items and their corresponding calculation formulas
② Total payroll It displays the total payroll amount.
