Managing Part-timer Payroll

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Approval.

A part-time employee can search the previous month's payroll statement.

The ‘Part-timer Payroll Management’ menu is only displayed to part-time employees if you enabled use of part-time employees and payroll.

View Payroll Statement

The part-time employee payroll is automatically settled by applying the values in Set Part-time Employee Salary, the part-time employee’s contract information (contract period, daily work hours, workday) and work hour information (if using Attendance).
If you set it so that automatic settlement details are displayed after being confirmed by the admin, then the part-time employee can view the payroll details for the previous month, sorted by latest first, in the View Payroll Statement menu.

  • The confirmed payroll can be viewed after the time it is set to be displayed after admin confirmation. If you can’t view payroll details, then contact the HR admin.
  • If no contract information has been entered for the part-timer, then the amount may be displayed as 0. If the amount is displayed is 0 KRW, then contact the HR admin.
