Management

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Approval.

The Management menu is for the head of the organization(or for the part-timer managers).
You can search the following statuses.

  • When using Attendance service: member status of your department (including concurrent positions) or the company, absence status or work status by department
  • When using Expenses service: expenses status of your department (including concurrent departments) or the company
  • Status of part-time employees, leave or work status by workplace
Each sub-menu of the ‘Management’ menu is only displayed to employees who have the search permission. The search scope and permission can be set by the HR admin. For more details about search permissions settings in the Management menu, see Management View Settings.

Member Status

You can view the personnel information, annual leave information, special leave information, and absence request history of members of the entire company or your organization.

The Member Status page is laid out as follows.

Area Description
â‘  Search window Search members based on department and employee name conditions

  • When using as a corporate group, select ‘Company’ in the search area to search
  • Department: Select one or more desired departments to view
② Include Concurrent Position Search employees, including those who are concurrently appointed to the company or corporate group (For concurrent employees, the primary department is displayed in ‘Department’.)
â‘¢ Member list Check employee information

  • Can be filtered by employment status, user type, job title, and position
  • Department: It displays target department and sub-department to search
  • Job title/Job position: It is displayed only if Job Title/Position is enabled in ‘Admin > Member > Manage Items'
  • HR Card: Clicking displays the subject employee’s HR card
  • Annual Leave: It displays annual leave used/total annual leave at the time of the search
  • Special Leave: It displays special leave used/total special leave at the time of the search (If the company enabled use of annual leave in units of hours, the base work hours are 8 hours, and the remaining leave days can be divided into units of 30 minutes, then it is displayed in ‘Days + Hours + Minutes’ format. In all other cases, it is displayed using 3 decimal places.)
  • Absence Schedule: Clicking displays the subject employee’s absence schedule page, as well as the special leave usage history if it exists

Department Absence Status

You can search the absence status of members of the whole company or your own organization.

The Department Absence Status page is laid out as follows.

  • Can be filtered by employment status, user type, job title, and position
  • Department: It displays target department and sub-department to search
  • Number of Absentees: It shows the number of absentees for each absence item. Clicking opens a pop-up window that shows absence details. Click the document number to view the absence request document (if the user has permission to approve and share subject document)

Department Work Status

You can search the work status of members of the whole company or your own organization.

The Department Work Status page is laid out as follows.

By Date Tab

You can check the overall work status such as a member’s clock-in/out times, late clock-in/early clock-out status, noncompliance with obligatory work hours, work hours, existence of work plan, and absence by date.

â‘£ List of work status by date Check work status by member

  • Clock-in/out Time: It displays the time and environment (PC, mobile/Worktalk, assumed, approval, admin registration) clock in/out was checked
  • Work Location: It is reflected when the company has set the work location to Use in Set Work Arrangement and the user has entered the work location (e.g., Gangnam station office)
  • Late Clock-in/Early Clock-out: Only applies if late clock-in/early clock-out is checked for employees designated to the Clock-in/out at a Fixed Time work arrangement
  • Non-compliance with Mandatory Work Hours: It only applies if compliance with required hours is checked for employees designated to the Flexible Clock-in/out work arrangement
  • Work Hours: It is displayed as general, overtime, and night, or holiday general, holiday overtime, and holiday night, depending on the employee's work arrangement. Overtime, night, and holiday work hours are displayed if the work result request form has been filled out. Work hours are not recorded if the employee doesn’t clock out. Absences requested to be Add to work hours are displayed as general work hours
  • Work Schedule: It displays the work schedule registered by the employee who uses the ‘Report Approval of Work Schedule’ method or the admin
  • Work Plan Status: If the company uses work plans, it is displayed as "Work plan exists" once an employee with plans for overtime, night, or holiday work creates and submits the work plan and gets approved
  • Absence: It displays status of absence requests for all absence items set by the company such as annual leaves or biztrips
  • Confirm Work Hours: It is displayed during the work hour confirmation period set by the Attendance admin
‘No work arrangement designated’ is displayed for all employees who have not been designated a work plan. First designate the employee's work arrangement by referring to Manage Work Arrangement.

Description of clock-in/out check environment label:

PC: Clocked in/out on PC.

Mobile: Clocked in/out on the mobile app.

Worktalk: When clocking in/out via WorkTalk, which is Work Bot, the entry is displayed using the 'Current time' method. For manual entry, it appears as 'PC' or 'mobile' depending on the environment.

Approval: a work result request form is reported for approval

Assumed: The work arrangement was set to ‘Consider as having worked during entered hours even if clock-in/out times are missing’.

Entered by Admin: The clock-in/out time was entered by the Attendance admin.

By Department Tab

You can search the information related to late clock-in, early clock-out, non-compliance with obligatory work, overtime work, work result request, and employees by department.

  • Late clock-in/Early clock-out: It is applied only when the company checks Mandatory Work for employees to whom the Clock-in/out at a Fixed Time method is applied
  • Non-compliance with Mandatory Work Hours: It is only applied when the company checks the Mandatory Work for employees to whom the Flexible Clock-in/out method is applied
  • Overtime Work: It displays the work cases other than the Regular work hours set by the company for employees to whom the Clock-in/out at a Fixed Time method is applied, as well as the number of employees
  • Work Plan Request/Work Result Request: It displays the number of work plan/work result requests and the number of employees

By Employee Tab

You can search the work status by employee.

Area Description

  • Department: It displays department and sub-department to search
  • Daily average remaining time: Workdays and base work hours remaining in the calculation period
  • Accumulated Time During Calculation Period: If the Clock-in/out at a Fixed Time work arrangement is applied, then this month’s General + Overtime + Night + Holiday General + Holiday Overtime + Holiday Night Work Hours compared against the current month’s standard work hours are displayed, considering one month as the calculation period. If the Flexible Clock-in/out work arrangement is applied, then the calculation period defined when setting the work arrangement is applied, and it displays the accumulated work hours compared to the base work hours of the subject calculation period
  • Work plan/work result request: Clicking displays the work plan or work result request submitted by the employee
  • Clock-in/out status: Clicking displays the employee’s clock-in/out status
  • Work hour status: Clicking displays the employee’s work hour status

Department Expense Status

You can search the expense status of the whole company or your own organization.

The Department Expense Status page is laid out as follows.

Area Description

  • Affiliated department: Select one or more desired affiliated departments to view
â‘¡ Expense settlement status list View the number and amount of expense settlements by department or expense item

  • Click the number or amount for the settlement item to check the expense settlement details
â‘¢ Monthly Budget, Plan, and Settlement Amounts It displays the correlation and status of the annual monthly budget/expense plan/expense settlement amount for the year in a graph

  • Monthly indicators are based on accounting's settlement classification values (December settlement shows January to December)
  • If budgets are not used, then the budget graph is not displayed
  • If expense plans are not used, then the plan graph is not displayed
â‘£ Monthly Expense Item Settlement Amount It displays the settlement amount for each expense item in a graph

Personal Expense Status

You can search the expense settlement application status by employee of the whole company or your own organization and the attendee status.

The Personal Expense Status page is laid out as follows.

Requestor Tab

You can search the personal expense settlement status of the affiliate department.

Area Description

You can search the status of expense settlement requests for which you are included as an attendee.

Part-timer Status

You can also search the information and leave application status of part-time employees. Workplace managers can search their own workplace by default, and they can search all workplaces registered in the company, depending on the search permissions granted.

The Part-timer Status page is laid out as follows.

  • Details: Clicking opens the subject part-time employee’s details page

  • If the company is not using Attendance service, then Leave and Leave History are not displayed

Leave Status by Workplace

You can search the leave status of part-time employees by workplace. Workplace managers can search their own workplace by default, and they can search all workplaces registered in the company, depending on the search permissions granted.

The Leave Status by Workplace page is laid out as follows.

Work Status by Workplace

You can search the work status of part-time employees by workplace. Workplace managers can search their own workplace by default, and they can search all workplaces registered in the company, depending on the search permissions granted.

The Work Status by Workplace page is laid out as follows.

By Date Tab

You can check the entire work status information of part-time employees such as clock-in/out time, late clock-in/early clock-out status, non-compliance with obligatory work hours, work hours, work plan status, absence, etc. by date at a glance.

Area Description
