Service Overview

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Approval.

In My Work, you can check your Attendance, checklist, Payroll, Pledge, and Expense status.

To use My Work menu, click at the top right of the PC web screen, then click 'My Work' in the pop-up window.

Menus displayed under ‘My Work’ may vary depending on the services in use

  • ‘Manage Attendance’ is available only if you have enabled Attendance.
  • ‘Manage Expenses’ is available only if you have requested Finance and enabled the Expense service.
  • The ‘Checklist > Manage Joining/Retirement’ is only displayed for employees who are specified as handlers (task manager or department head) of joining/retirement checklists.
  • ‘Manage Payroll’ is available only if you have enabled the Payroll service.
    • If the company is employing part-timer employees and using Payroll, then part-time employees can check the ‘Manage Payroll’ for part-time employees.
  • ‘Management’ can be used only if you've set to use the Attendance and Expense services, or when you've set to use the part-time employee feature.
    Depending on your role as department head or your granted permissions, the Management menu may be displayed.

The usage scenario for a user is as follows.

General Employee

  1. Manage Attendance
    • Check remaining annual leaves and leave schedule
    • View absent members
    • Clock-in/out Records
    • Check clock-in/out status and work hour status

Q. The person in charge of corporate credit card has delegate expense settlement to me. However, this item should not be processed as an expense and should not be settled. What do I do?

  • Items that should not be processed as expenses can be excluded from settlement. The corporate credit cardholder (person who delegated the settlement) must exclude it from settlement. Therefore, you should request the delegator to cancel the delegation and exclude that item from settlement. Delegate Settlement, Cancel Delegation and Exclude from Settlement are actions that must be taken by the corporate credit cardholder.
